The HCG Diet Program is the Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Don’t you think the title in this article seems to be a bit too arrogant by claiming to have the fastest way to lose weight? Yes, it may seem arrogant but what if I tell you that what we are claiming is true? Would you believe us? If no, then you should continue reading this article. If yes, I think it would still be helpful if you continue reading the same.

The hCG diet technology is not new, in fact, it has been around since its first discovery in 1950s. However, with the growing and improving methods in science and medicine, several improvements to the diet has been done until the most perfect diet plan for the fastest way to lose weight has been developed. With the latest homeopathic hCG sublingual drops, the fastest and the safest way to weight loss is just within reach.

Here’s the truth to this matter. The hCG hormones are actually naturally occurring hormones in the body that are produced during the first few days of pregnancy. So how did it turn into a weight loss hormone? Dr. ATW Simeons, a British endocrinologist, first discovered about the potential of this hormone for weight loss. Apparently low-level doses of this hormone help to aid in burning more calories from the excess adipose deposits in the body.

The intake of this hormone is usually supported by an ultra-low-calorie diet of 500 food calories daily in order to maximize the effect of the hormone. The body compensates for the needed energy by burning an average of 2,000 calories from our fat cells. As a result, one can expect to lose 1-2 lbs of body weight daily. This is probably the fastest way to reduce weight without the sacrificing the safety of the dieter. The effect also seems to stay in the long run, that is why most people would end up very happy from the success of achieving a healthy and sustainable body.

I am on the diet and have lost 14 pounds in 13 days. I eat turkey on the diet and have a hard time eating meat. They say not to substitute your foods but can I drink a protein shake instead of meat or eggs or anything else. Also why only a tablespoon of milk a day and only certain vegetables?

Reply

Susan

You really shouldn’t substitute food because all foods act differently. For example even though a food may be the same amount of calories they will be absorbed in very different ways. One food won’t make you fat and the other will, even though they have the same calories. So stick with the food on the list. And only one tablespoon of milk because milk will actually make you fat. I’ll explain this in a new article because the process is complicated but if you were a big milk drinker and you totally cut it out for a week or two you would see a big difference.

I started my HCG diet actually 16 days ago and I was skeptical at first. I am down 16.5 pounds. And I feel great and I am very motivated. Stick to the diet it is worth it. You will see drastic results. Trust me. I could sell this product.

Great job Roxanne! thank you for posting your results. It seems everyone is skeptical to start and that’s fine as long as they still get started so they can see the results.

How long can you stay on the program? I need to lose 50 lbs. Do I do straight through the 50 or do I do for a month take a break then go back on? I’m getting different answers.

You can go 40 days in a row, then you do maintenance for 3 weeks, then you can start another round. Make sure you go with a good provider who has coaching and guides so you know what you’re doing. Read my other post for more info here: hcg diet dangers

I am VERY skeptical and certainly want to lose about 35-40 lbs. Which site is the best for the HCG product. I don’t want to get ripped off? Thanks!

Susan

Hi Terra. Skeptical is fine. I was very skeptical myself before starting. Just don’t let your skepticism get in the way of giving it a try. The people I use are on the front page of the site: http://www.HCGDietDangers.com. Let me know if you have other questions.

Susan, you’re talking about a list of allowed products to eat, where would l find it. Im also a bit confused. In one article you’re saying that it should be 500 callories in another 800-900 callories, can you please specify. Is plain greal yougurt allowed ? thanks oly

Hi Oly. Whoever you work with should give you that food list with full instructions. The common caloric intake talked about is the “500 calorie” diet, but when you measure it it’s actually 800-900, I just refer to it as the “500 calorie” diet sometimes because that’s what everyone calls it. But you don’t count calories at all. Counting calories is really inaccurate. You eat foods from a specific list but you never count calories. Work with a good company and they’ll help you get it all figured out. The people I used have full instructions and coaching. Coaching helps a lot. Good luck!

I want to tell everyone that this is the best thing I have ever found for loosing weight! I have never posted a comment for anything before but I could totally sell this stuff too! I bought the HCG drops and read the book and it really set me back and was sure that I could not do this diet at all. Thought about it for two months and then decided to give it a try! OMG!! I was on it for only 30 days and lost 25lbs, went off for a month and I am on it again and 1 week in to it lost another 10lbs! Now I was sure that when I went off of it that I would gain it all back instantly but no! I was amazed and believe me I tested it to the max and of course like most people that need to loose weight, I am not a patient person! I think it almost makes you loose interest in food and the cravings and it’s only for 30 to 45 days! Anyone can diet for that long! I gained 40lbs after quiting smoking 4 years ago and just gave up until I took the plung with HCG!

HEY m turning 18 this august can i also use these drops r they ok vid my age?

I’m seen people younger than you do the diet and they do great. But first learn all you can about it and see if it’s something right for you. Ask your doc if you are OK to be on a diet. But also look and see if you are willing to follow the diet.

If you are not losing then there’s something you aren’t doing right. Are you following the diet plan? If you are counting calories then you are doing it wrong. Contact who you are working with and they will be able to help you.

I love your site.
Thank you,

Wow, you are losing incredibly quickly, great job! And yes, you can lose 50 pounds no problem. You will probably have to do another short round but that’s fine. You can do as many round as you need.

Are we suppose to take the HCG drops before or after eating? Also, how many drops do you use?

Reply

Susan

Talk with who you are getting your HCG from. They will help you with that. If they don’t, then don’t use them. You need help on the diet.

Hi, love the diet, although have headaches after 7 days and need to know what to use for a little umph on doing #2?

Reply

Susan

Take any headache medicine and it should pass. Make sure you are eating all that is allowed. And you can use smooth move tea. But remember, you are eating far far less, so you will go far far less. It’s normal. Only use something if you feel backed up. It’s normal to only have a BM once a week or so.

I have doing the HCG for over 2 years off and on and it does truly work and the amazing aspect of this diet is that you do not feel hungry. In fact, my energy level is normally low but on the HCG I feel no hunger and have a general sense of well being. However, I highly recommend if possible that you go on this diet with a physician in order to address and/or monitor any issues that may arise. For instance, some prescription and over the counter medicines can slow down the fat burning process which I experienced in the last two rounds. After discussing with my physician we determined that it may be better for me to finish the medication and resume the HCG.
I never comment on these blogs but the HCG is getting a bad reputation unfairly and that can persuade people that want to lose weight rapidly and safely.

Wanda, is it possible for you to share what meds you’re on? I’ve had the drops for a while and deciding whether or not to use them. I’m currently on meds for my hypothyroidism (I have Hashimoto’s ) and Metformin.

i have to say thank you to wanda’s comment above, i told my husband and a friend of mine (who is a nurse) and both shot me down & were super negative. it’s also encouraging to see comments about talking to your dr about this – i thought i was going to have to be hush-hush about this but it seems like its not really as bad as everyone is making it seem. i will call my dr on monday. thank you for the posts.
