The New HCG Drops and its Diet Applications

Dieting has revolutionized ever since the development of the hCG drops with its highly praised diet applications. The hCG, also known as the human chorionic gonadotropin hormone works in reducing fat by stimulating the brain to use up more of the calories stored in our fat tissues. He has provided some modifications with the diet including a three-phase program. The first phase is basically a detoxifying phase that will help prepare your body for the diet. The second phase consists of the first two days on a binge into foods that will help to jump start your metabolism. The remaining 21 days will be spent exactly under Dr. Simeons’ weight loss cure protocol, taking daily doses of low-level hCG together with a 500-calorie diet. The third phase helps to position your body at a new set point weight and helps to prevent you from future binges.

I started the HCG diet on the 3rd. I have already lost 5lbs. I know I can only choose one vegetable a day but I still need to know if i can eat other vegetables than listed such as carrots, brocclei, cucumber, and/or peppers ect…?

Good job on the 5 pounds. And stick to the veggies on the list only. The ones you listed aren’t on the list except for cucumbers.
